E-commerce site for Microsoft License Reselling - An e-commerce application to vend Microsoft licenses to customers that encompasses the complete transaction management from enquiry to invoice and delivery.

Challenge

A Microsoft reseller was having difficulty in responding to enquiries for licenses. Enquiries would come through multiple sources – website, emails, third-party referrals and other Microsoft partner CRM platforms. The client had a small team and the whole process was too tedious and demanding to be managed efficiently causing loss of revenue.

Solution

Plutustree built an ecommerce solution that automated the response process including creation of proposals, quotations, invoice, and online payment system. The solution also had functionality to interact with Microsoft’s CRM tool.

An additional feature was that the entire process flow from customer to distributor and the reserve was enabled through automation - from enquiry to fulfilment thus making it efficient with little manual intervention.
